Our Diversity, Equity, & Inclusion Mission Statement

At Beachbody, we are committed to fighting for equality, growing our diversity, and holding ourselves accountable for inclusion. Just as our employees, coaches, and partners commit to helping people achieve their goals, we are committed to achieving our goal of creating a culture of holistic acceptance and belonging.

As a current or prospective Beachbody employee, we celebrate and value all aspects of your identity, or as we call it, the Whole You:

We want you to feel safe to be the Whole You – your authentic self – without concern of discrimination, retaliation, or bias. Why is this so important to us? Because inclusion is at the very foundation of our mission to help all people achieve their goals and enjoy healthy, fulfilling lives, and positive, inclusive collaboration is what gives that mission heart. Here are just a few of the actions Beachbody is taking to foster equity, diversity, and inclusion:

  • Proactively sourcing and attracting diverse talent through community outreach;
  • Partnering with the Professional Diversity Network to post all open positions on diversity job boards;
  • Attending diversity career fairs;
  • Partnering with local diversity networks; and
  • Implementing robust diversity, equity, and inclusion training to support an environment of belonging.

Community Outreach

The Beachbody Foundation supports organizations with a clear mission and plan to protect freedom, secure equality of treatment and opportunity, and foster true health and well being. Through a series of donations and charitable initiatives, the Beachbody Foundation has donated to organizations like Feeding America, International Justice Mission, Go Campaign, Big Brothers Big Sisters, RainCatcher, The American Red Cross, Save-A-Warrior, NAACP, Asian Americans Advancing Justice, and others. Here are a few of our more recent initiatives:

Hope of the Valley Partnership

As a business citizen of the Valley of Los Angeles, Beachbody is contributing to help Hope of the Valley achieve their mission of providing resources and programs to help people overcome their homelessness.

Our partnership includes company wide initiatives, paid volunteer time to work at Hope of the Valley facilities, and ongoing fundraising events.

Hands Across Watts Initiative
The Beachbody Foundation will be partnering with the Hands Across Watts Initiative to transform the Avalon Carver Community Center and the Nickerson Gardens Recreation Center into “Safe Zones” in which children in underserved communities will have access to technology, tutoring, STEM programs, mental health counseling, extracurricular activities, and more.
